We are Project Manager and Contract Administrator on Riverside House situated close to our Bishop’s Stortford office on behalf of the landlord, which has recently completed and the first tenants have already taken occupation. The refurbishment scheme provides individual private office suites for between two and eight persons and open plan co-working space with separately controlled air conditioning and high levels of acoustic separation between offices, kitchen/break out with privacy booths, high specification lavatories and meeting room. The original gas fired central heating system has been replaced with all electric heating and air conditioning with underfloor data and electrical supplies.
